Aria Restaurant serves a selection of fresh and seasonal dishes which can be perfectly combined with one of our wines from different well-known vineyards around the world.
A touch of sophistication is also available when one of our Champagnes or Sparkling wines accompanies your meal.
With our excellent location on Broad Street, in Birmingham’s city centre, Aria is a welcoming restaurant to locals and visitors to the city alike. We pride ourselves to receive not only hotel guests but also local who are in Birmingham for shopping, entertainment or business.
Our restaurant opens at 6.30am to serve a Continental or Full English Breakfast, with an A la Carte Menu. Throughout the day, there are different options available, from a snack to a business lunch or from a relaxed afternoon tea to a dinner with family and friends.
The Set Dinner Menu offers excellent value for money without compromising on quality. For just £19.50 per person for three courses or £29.50 including two glasses of selected wine, guests can enjoy a fine meal in a classy atmosphere. We also offer a weekly changing two course business lunch available for £14.50, Monday to Friday 12:00 noon - 2:30pm.

Get to know our Head Chef
Our Head Chef, Heiko Reichel started out in a small restaurant in his hometown of Kiel in Germany. After three years, he moved to the German capital, Berlin. Germany was then followed by Norway, the UK, UAE, Russia and Jordan. Heiko's vast travels around the world had a profound influence on him and he can create a variety of different cuisines, from the various cultures he experienced.
With an innovative style, Chef Heiko Reichel has created Aria Restaurant’s Menu with some remarkable dishes, such as Ravioli served with Sweet Potato and Cottage Cheese or Braised Beef Cheeks served with Celery Purée and Spinach.
His first options are always fresh and seasonal products under the philosophy of less is more as he believes having too many flavours or ingredients on the plate is not an advantage for the client.
